Highway 20 paving begins today
Crews plan to start laying the final layer of asphalt on Highway 20 south of Oak Harbor tonight.
Work may continue for two weeks.
Flaggers will alternate traffic through the work zone. Drivers should be prepared for minor delays.
WSDOT postponed this paving twice because of wet and cold weather last fall and a pair of nesting bald eagles this spring.
