The greatest show coming to Everett
The Ringling Bros. and Barnum &Bailey circus is coming to the Everett Events Center Sept. 16-19. Tickets for this eight-show, three-ring extravaganza go on sale to the general public at noon Aug. 2.
The show is billed as the all-new 134th edition of Ringling Bros., featuring the “Prince of Laughter” David Larible; Danette, the first featured female vocalist in Ringling history, the chaos of Crazy Wilson on the Wheel of Wonder and a harrowing high-wire act.
Commencement for Marysville
At last count Wednesday, 540 Marysville-Pilchuck High School seniors were scheduled to walk in commencement exercises at 7 tonight in the Everett Events Center.
“I thought the school year was never going to get over,” said Shawnna Warring, a senior.
A state-record 49-day teachers strike pushed back graduation and the school-year calendar.
