Tell us your good news
Is your group having a benefit, a car wash, a fun event that’s open to the public? Do you know a volunteer who deserves some recognition? If so and you want to get the announcement in The Herald call 425-339-3432 or log onto www.heraldnet.com/ communityextra.
Community Extra pages offer an Applause section, celebrations and a calendar that is a week’s worth of information from local nonprofit organizations and other groups that want the public to know about their events. Community Extra runs on Wednesdays.
We’re also looking for wedding, adoption, retirement, engagement, anniversary and other milestone celebrations. One lucky celebrant or couple is chosen for a “Love Story.”
To find out how to get your free announcements and calendar items in The Herald and how your story can be a Herald “Love Story,” call Christina Harper at 425-339-3432 or e-mail us at community @heraldnet.com.
