The Everett Public Facilities District board today is expected to approve a major sponsorship agreement for the Everett Events Center. No word yet on what company has been chosen. Officials said it won’t be an announcement about the right to name the arena.

The skate park at Mill Creek Sports Park is now open daily until 10 p.m.
Bring your skateboard or roller blades, but you can’t ride your bicycle in the skate park for safety reasons.
The Mill Creek Teen Advisory Board plans a grand opening in the spring. The park is at the corner of Bothell-Everett Highway and North Creek Drive.
Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon will meet with the Snohomish County Council at 9 a.m. today in the Henry M. Jackson boardroom, sixth floor, County Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave. in Everett.
They will talk about a budget initiative and a new county business plan, and announce appointments to a citizens cabinet.
Camp Fire USA clubs are forming throughout Snohomish County for boys and girls preschool through high school age. There are clubs for each age group, and clubs for families. For more information, call 425-258-KIDS.
