Also, sixth-grade students from College Place Elementary School in Lynnwood hope to sell 2,400 doughnuts today to raise money to send cows to poor families in Bolivia. Today’s sale begins at 9 a.m. at College Place Elementary, 20401 76th Ave. W, Lynnwood. Students there have already raised enough to send three heifers to the South American country.

A meeting with Community Transit staff to consider new Boeing-bound bus routes through Arlington has been changed from Monday to
6 p.m. Wednesday at Pioneer Elementary School, 8213 Eaglefield Drive, Arlington.
Community Transit is collecting comments on several proposals for fall route changes. Routes 207, 217 and 227, connecting north Snohomish County and the Boeing plant in Everett, may also be changed.
