Will Andi Moore of Everett strike gold tonight?

Last month, Moore, 50, used her pop-culture savvy and speed to win a solid gold bar worth $100,000 on AOL’s online game show “Gold Rush” at a taping in Miami.

Tonight, Moore will face off against five other contestants in a semifinal round of “Gold Rush” at 7 p.m. on “Entertainment Tonight” (KIRO-TV, Channel 7). If you want to watch it early, it also will air online at 3:30 p.m. at goldrush. aol.com.

If Moore wins during the Los Angeles taping, she and two other competitors will have a shot at the show’s grand prize of $1 million during the finale competition, set to air at 7 p.m. Thursday on “Entertainment Tonight” and 3:30 p.m. Thursday at goldrush. aol.com.

Work limits access to Spencer Island

Public access to Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife property on Spencer Island near Everett will be limited through Nov. 27 during a habitat and trail improvement project.

The Spencer Island trail north of the Union Slough bridge will be closed during the project. It’s the only trail that provides foot access to the agency’s property on the island.

Part of Spencer Island is open for waterfowl hunting, and hunters still can reach the area by boat.

A trail that leads to Snohomish County’s property south of the access bridge will remain open during the improvement project.
