Corrections
* The names of state Supreme Court Chief Justice Gerry Alexander and Justice Susan Owens were incorrect in a story on Page A1 Thursday about the court’s decision to uphold a 1998 law defining marriage as a union between a man and a woman.
* Arlington paid Siren net.com of Portland, Ore., $190 for window barriers for police patrol cars. An entry in the Budget Watch column on Page B2 on July 20 incorrectly reported how the money was spent.
