As reported on Page A1 Wednesday, Stacey Houtary of Arlington is selling a Qwest Field Super Dog on eBay.
We’ll keep you posted through the next six days about the value of the weenie.
At 11:30 a.m. Thursday, the high bid was $306.01.
The Super Dog cost $5 at the stadium.
Houtary said the idea came to her when she looked on eBay and discovered a guy selling a jar of air from the Redskins game from the previous week. She and her boyfriend, Matt Allison, 25, thought they could do better.
They decided on the hot dog. It’s vacuum-sealed for freshness and stored in a freezer.
