Susan York of Lead On America, a Snohomish County anti-meth group, is featured in a TV documentary on the growing methamphetamine problem in America.

The show, “Al Roker Investigates: Meth, Murder &Madness,” will be aired at 11 p.m. Monday on Court TV.

Roker examines the epidemic of methamphetamine, the problem of highly toxic make-shift meth labs and the accompanying spikes in the crime rate through interviews with officials, addicts and activists, and police ride-alongs.

St. Patrick’s Day brings out the Irish

The Mulcahy and Costello Irish Folk Dancers from Cork, Limerick and Galway Ireland Dancers will perform at 7:30 tonight at the Historic Everett Theatre, 2911 Colby Ave., in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.

Cow-pie bingo will benefit preschool

Bovine Bingo will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Farm Youth Outreach, 11212 92nd St. SE in Snohomish.

Bovine Bingo is set up like regular bingo, with 256 squares randomly labeled with letters and numbers on a field.

But in this version, a cow will be released and the person who bought the square where the first cow pie plops wins $500. Proceeds benefit Snohomish Cooperative Preschool.
