T-shirts decorated by domestic violence survivors and others affected by violence are on display 10 a.m.-2 p.m. through Wednesday at Everett Community College Parks Student Union’s multipurpose room, 2000 Tower St., marking the start of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
The Clothesline Project is a national campaign started by women in Massachusetts in 1990 as a memorial to victims and survivors of domestic violence. The project encourages survivors to tell their stories, in their own way, and hang them out for all to see.
Bring a shirt to decorate if you wish.
