Gov. Chris Gregoire and Dino Rossi are dashing about Western Washington today, the last full day of campaigning in their electoral rematch.
Gregoire started in Mount Vernon earlier this morning and plans stops in Anacortes, Seattle and Bellevue before the day ends. She will visit Western Washington University and University of Washington in Seattle too.
She also will be in Everett today for a 1:45 p.m. rally at the Labor Temple, 2812 Lombard Ave. Democratic U.S. Sens. Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell will be with the governor throughout the day.
Rossi, meanwhile, plans a midday rally in Tacoma and an afternoon stop in Issaquah with former Republican Gov. Dan Evans.
Rossi will then head to Everett at 7 p.m. where he will visit those working at a campaign phone bank at 3811 Broadway.
