Guilty plea in Pasco machete killing

PASCO — A Pasco man who killed his sister with a machete pleaded guilty Thursday in Franklin County Superior Court to domestic violence murder.

The Tri-City Herald reports Aaron Velasco, 29, faces more than 10 years in prison when he is sentenced Jan. 9

His sister, Magdalena “Maggy” Velasco-Garcia, 22, was found dead June 9 outside the home they shared in Pasco.

Velasco called 911 and said he had killed his sister.
