A driver in a Chrysler 300 was heading north near 44th Avenue West around 3:30 a.m. when the occupant reportedly noticed a Honda Accord driver following closely. The driver was not injured.
Washington State Patrol troopers partially closed the freeway for the investigation, but it reopened around 5 a.m.
