EVERETT — Children and their parents got a jump start on Halloween at the Downtown Everett Association’s trick-or-treat event Saturday afternoon.
Local businesses handed out candy to hundreds of eager trick-or-treaters, and a number of local organizations set up booths at Wetmore Plaza to offer fun, games and treats.
