MUKILTEO — A Halloween safety party for children and dogs is planned Saturday in Mukilteo.
The second annual Howl-O-Ween Party is set for 1 to 5 p.m. at Celtic Coffee at 11601 Harbour Pointe Blvd.
A Mukilteo police officer plans to attend and share safety tips, officials said. Local firefighters might drop by as well.
There also will be a raffle to raise money for animal surgeries for pets whose families can’t afford them, coffee shop manager Marvella McCammond said.
People are encouraged to bring their children and dogs in costume, she said.
“Whether you’re two-legged or four-legged, we have treats and we have costume prizes,” McCammond said.
