Gardening events for you to enjoy in the Puget Sound area:
Mukilteo Garden and Quilt Tour. Visit 10 gardens artfully accented with quilts. The event is from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. on Saturday. Sarah wrote about the event here.
Edmonds in Bloom Garden Tour. This self-guided tour features seven private gardens in Edmonds from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Snohomish County Master Gardeners Tour. This is part of a series of tours all summer long. This weekend is in Marysville. The tour is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday.
Ballard Art in the Garden Festival. The festival, on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., features the works of 24 artists in the Ballard P-Patch.
Dunn Gardens ArtWalk.. The Dunn Garden presents works by a variety of artists, whose work was inspired by the Alaska Yukon Pacific Exposition of 1909. The opening gala is Friday from 5 to 8 p.m and an ArtWalk stroll is Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m.
Sequim Lavender Festival. The festival, which is from Friday to Sunday, features seven farms to tour, cooking classes and a street fair. It is the largest lavender event in North America.
West Seattle Garden tour. Tour eight gardens in West Seattle from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
