MARYSVILLE – Three people were taken by helicopter to a Seattle hospital following a head-on collision on Armar Road north of Marysville Saturday evening, officials said.
The accident occurred about 6:50 p.m. in the 6400 block of Armar Road when a van and a pickup truck collided, Arlington fire Capt. Doug Atkinson said.
A total of five people were involved in the accident. As of late Saturday, three men had been airlifted to Harborview Medical Center. One woman was taken to Providence Medical Center’s Colby campus in Everett, and one other person suffered only minor injuries, Atkinson said.
None of their conditions were known. All were adults, Atkinson said.
The road was dark and wet at the time of the accident, but no other details were available.
