The Edmonds Chamber named Jean Hernandez to serve as the 2017 Grand Marshal of the “An Edmonds Kind of 4th” parade on July 4. Hernandez has spent 35 years in higher education, the last six years as president at Edmonds Community College. She plans to retire this year.
