A high-wind warning is in place here until at least Wednesday morning, and gusts could reach 60 mph.
The winds were causing power outages, downed lines and traffic problems on Tuesday. About 6,000 customers were without power in south Everett as of midafternoon.
The rest of the week is expected to be cold and sunny, with rain picking up again early next week.
