OLYMPIA — A year after it burned down, Olympia’s historic Oyster House restaurant is set to reopen around July 20.
The Olympian reports the owners have worked to recreate the historic feel of the place. The food will be familiar as well.
The Oyster House caught fire during last year’s Capital Lakefair, the annual summer festival downtown and along Olympia’s waterfront.
The Olympia Fire Department says the fire destroyed most of the building, causing $1.2 million in damage.
