HOMER, Alaska — Homer retailers will apparently again be allowed to use onion-skin plastic bags.
Voters on Tuesday voted 554-438 to repeal the city’s ban on use of the plastic bags, which some consider harmful to the environment.
But KBBI reports (http://is.gd/tRsbU1) there are more than 200 absentee and questioned ballots to be counted Friday.
