KENNEWICK — A man hired to inspect a vacant bank-owned house in Kennewick found two men inside who assaulted and robbed him.
Police told the Tri-City Herald the men may have been living in the house.
The inspector with MS Property Maintenance was hired by Bank of America to conduct a home inspection Monday. He found a sliding door open and the two men. They held him at knifepoint, punched him to the floor and took about $200 from his wallet.
The men who appeared to be in their 20s fled on foot. Police were unable to track them.
