Human remains found on beach near Seaview

SEAVIEW — The Pacific County sheriff’s office is investigating human remains found on the beach near Seaview.

Chief Criminal Deputy Pat Matlock says a woman called Monday morning and reported finding what appeared to be a man’s body. Seaview is on the Long Beach Peninsula on the Washington coast.

KXRO reports the Pacific County coroner is trying to identify the body and determine the cause of death.
