ASOTIN — The estranged husband of a missing Clarkston woman has been jailed in Asotin.
KHQ reported that Charles Capone had a hearing Thursday and is held on $1 million bond until his next court appearance on Monday. He’s facing an assault charge for an incident that happened before Rachael Anderson disappeared in April 2010.
Police believe the 40-year-old mother of four was killed. Capone has been investigated but not charged in her death. He was recently released from federal custody after serving time for a firearms violation.
