SEATTLE — Immigration and Customs Enforcement has put a hold on the man accused of running down a bicycle rider and fleeing the scene last summer in Seattle.
KIRO-FM reports the agency wants Erlin Garcia-Reyes, 28, of Normandy Park transferred to its custody when he is released from the King County Jail.
He was arrested Wednesday for investigation of felony hit-and-run in the July accident that killed Michael Wang in Seattle as he was riding home from work.
The Seattle Times reported Garcia-Reyes in a native of Honduras and has been in the United States for five years.
