Navy Seaman Jarred Rowell graduated Oct. 17 from basic training at Naval Station Great Lakes, Illinois. Rowell is a 2014 graduate of Jackson High School in Mill Creek. He is attending “A” School at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina.

Navy Seaman Recruit Michael L. Dulin, son of Thomas Dulin, of Bothell, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois. Dulin is a 2013 graduate of Bothell High School.
