EDMONDS — Police were searching for suspects Friday after shots were fired in the Esperance area near Edmonds.
The incident was reported around 10 a.m. Four men forced their way into a home in the 8100 block of 228th Street SW, said Shari Ireton, spokeswoman for the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. A 22-year-old man inside the home suffered a minor head injury.
“We don’t believe that anybody was shot,” Ireton said.
Knives and a gun were found at the scene, but it wasn’t clear if they belonged to the suspects, Ireton said. They drove off in an older maroon Jaguar XJ6. It was not immediately clear if the victims knew the suspects. As of late Friday afternoon, no arrests had been made.
