EVERETT Democratic Presidential candidate John Kerry will be in Everett Friday to meet with supporters, campaign officials said this afternoon.
Kerry is scheduled to visit around 5 p.m. Details of the appearance, including the location and nature of the event, are expected to be announced late today or early Wednesday.
Kerry is slated to hold a private fund raiser in Seattle Friday night and attend a rally in Tacoma Saturday.
His visit comes nearly two weeks after President Bush visited Washington and furthers the view that their race in this state remains a close one.
