EVERETT — Children playing in an Everett alley found a plastic bag containing human tissue Monday, according to police.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office conducted an investigation.
The incident was determined not to be suspicious, the office reported Tuesday.
The children were behind a business in the 3300 block of Colby Avenue when they found a bag of what looked like blood, an umbilical cord and a placenta, according to Everett police.
No other new information was shared Thursday.
