PORT ORCHARD — Kitsap County planning commissioners voted to recommend that bikini baristas be regulated by a lewd conduct ordinance.
The Kitsap Sun reported the vote Tuesday sends the issue to county commissioners who will have the final say on “limited apparel” espresso stands.
