LYNNWOOD — Police here are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender who will be living in the 6200 block of 188th Street SW.
Lynnwood police plan a community meeting about him as well.
Marco A. Santiago, 25, is a Level 3 offender, the level deemed most likely to reoffend.
Santiago was convicted in 2002 of voyeurism, burglary and attempted burglary. He also was convicted of custodial assault with sexual motivation while imprisoned.
He is described as Hispanic with brown eyes and black hair. He is about 5-foot-8 and 170 pounds.
The community meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Lynnwood Municipal Court, 19321 44th Ave. W.
