Longview woman pleads guilty to aiding killer

KELSO — A Longview woman has pleaded guilty to three counts of rendering criminal assistance in helping her boyfriend escape after he shot a drug informant to death last December.

Victoria Louise Gatti entered the pleas Tuesday in Cowlitz County Superior Court. She was accused of helping William Vance Reagan Jr. flee after Reagan killed 26-year-old Jeremy McLean of Longview and dumped his body in the Columbia River. Reagan pleaded guilty in March to aggravated first-degree murder and is serving a life sentence.

The 48-year-old Gatti also pleaded guilty to one count of delivery of heroin and one count of selling heroin for profit. Prosecutors have recommended she spend less than five years in prison.
