LYNNWOOD — A Lynnwood man was listed in serious condition in the intensive care unit at a Seattle hospital Monday after being hit by a car as he crossed Highway 99 Sunday evening.
The man, 52, was trying to cross the road westbound in the 15000 block when the accident occurred around 7 p.m.. He was not in a crosswalk, the Washington State Patrol reported.
The man was taken by ambulance to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The driver — a Lynnwood woman, 42 — was not cited.
