LYNNWOOD — Police are looking for a man who held up a bank Monday.
The man walked into the Frontier Bank at 21111 Highway 99 just before 5 p.m. and gave the teller a note demanding money, Lynnwood police spokeswoman Shannon Sessions said. He didn’t show a weapon.
The man is described as white, 40 to 50 years old, 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He had short gray hair and was wearing a black, knit cap, black-rimmed glasses, a black, hooded sweatshirt underneath a dark-colored windbreaker and blue jeans. He was unshaven.
Detectives are investigating whether the heist is related to other recent robberies in the area, Sessions said.
Anyone with information is asked to call detective Sean Gillebo at 425-670-5622.
