Lynnwood police to discuss release of level 3 sex offender

LYNNWOOD – Police plan a public meeting to discuss the release of a level 3 sex offender who is moving to the area.

Thomas Quinn, 34, plans to live in the 4700 block of 176th Street SW when he’s released from prison on Monday, according to the Lynnwood Police Department.

The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday in the library at Spruce Elementary School, 17405 Spruce Way in Lynnwood.

Quinn was convicted of two counts first-degree child molestation in 1993 involving two 7-year-old girls. He was later convicted of assault and unlawful imprisonment of a 15-year-old girl.
