A Marysville man was sentenced to six months in Snohomish County Jail after admitting he attempted to lure two teenage girls into his car and exposed himself to a barista at an espresso stand.
Micah Joseph Durbin, 28, also will have to undergo evaluations for an alcohol or drug problem, and for sexual deviancy, Snohomish County Superior Court Judge James Allendoerfer said.
Durbin will be on probation for two years. He pleaded guilty May 7 after deputy prosecutor Kathy Jo Kristof accused him of attempting to lure two teenage girls into his car March 29. The girls, ages 15 and 16, had been walking home from school.
On April 2, Durbin pulled his car into a drive-through espresso stand and exposed himself to an employee. She got his car’s license number, resulting in his arrest, Kristof said.
