ARLINGTON — Washington State Patrol troopers arrested a Lake Stevens man Sunday after he reportedly crashed near Arlington.
The man, 36, is under investigation for drunken driving and domestic violence assault.
His passenger, 26, was injured in the crash. She was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. Her condition was not immediately available.
Troopers say the man was driving northbound on Highway 9 just outside Arlington about 7 p.m. At some point there was a fight inside the car, Trooper Mark Francis said.
The man lost control of the car. The car went down an embankment and flipped. It ended up on its top.
The man, who was not injured, was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
