EVERETT — Police have arrested a suspect in a drive-by shooting south of Everett Monday night.
The gunfire was reported about 10 p.m. along 107th Place SW.
The living room window and the garage door of a house were struck. The .45 caliber bullet that passed through the window stopped inches away from a man’s head, according to court papers. The man was lying on the couch playing video games. A woman and two young children also were in the home.
Surveillance video showed a sedan driving past and a muzzle flash. An Oldsmobile sedan was found parked nearby. Several spent shell casings reportedly could be seen inside.
The suspect, a 20-year-old Everett man, allegedly was found in the area and reportedly was carrying brass knuckles. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail. No gun was found.
There was no known connection between the man and the family in the home.
