DES MOINES — A man in a dress was caught taking photos in the women’s restroom at the Des Moines Library.
Police say a victim knocked the phone out of his hand Thursday evening and chased him out of the restroom.
KOMO reports the man fled and shed his skirt, but officers tracked him down.
