LYNNWOOD — Police cited a man Dec. 9 after shoppers at the Alderwood Mall complained that he was exposing himself inside an automated photo booth.
The shoppers had passed by the booth, where the man had taken down his pants, according to Lynnwood Police Cmdr. Paul Watkins.
"Unbeknownst to him, whatever picture was just taken is shown on two monitors outside the booth," Watkins said.
Mall security officers were alerted to the situation. When confronted, the man denied the complaints until the pictures were developed.
"He said it was a joke for his wife," Watkins said.
He was cited for indecent exposure.
