LONGVIEW — A man died in a house fire Sunday afternoon in Longview.
The single family house was fully involved but when firefighters heard there was someone inside, they fought their way in.
Fire officials say they found 34-year-old Lavar Dwayne Henry unconscious and he could not be revived.
The Daily News reported the coroner’s office says he was a transient who was staying at the home of a friend, who was not home at the time.
