Man falls from third-story UW fraternity window

SEATTLE — Police say a man who fell out a third-floor window at a University of Washington fraternity appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.

Police say he was sitting on the window ledge Thursday night when he fell accidentally.

Fire department medics treated the 22-year-old at the Sigma Chi fraternity and transported him to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

KOMO radio reports he has serious injuries.
