EVERETT — A Kirkland man who was stabbed early Wednesday morning was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, police said.
The man, 36, told officers he was attacked while trying to buy drugs, Everett police Sgt. Boyd Bryant said. The man wouldn’t say where the attack occurred.
He went for help at the Safeway at 11031 19th Ave. SE about 4:12 a.m., Bryant said. Employees called 911. Information about the man’s condition was not available due to the new federal health privacy law.
