SILVERDALE — A man walking on Highway 3 in Silverdale was struck and killed by a passing ambulance.
The Washington State Patrol said 24-year-old Colby James Coan of Sierra Vista, Ariz., walked into traffic Monday afternoon after his pickup truck had veered off a road.
