RIGBY, Idaho — Police in eastern Idaho say a 22-year-old man died Sunday after being shot while attending a party.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office told KIFI-TV that Fermin Lemus died following the shooting that occurred about 1 a.m. Sunday.
Police say they want to question Emmanuel Jesus Granados in connection with the shooting.
Lemus, of Madison County, was attending the celebration of a girl’s 15th birthday.
Police say two men arrived and confronted Lemus and that they later went to a nearby parking lot where the shooting took place. Lemus was pronounced dead at the scene.
