Man seriously hurt after two-car crash near Lynnwood

LYNNWOOD — A man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on Friday night after a two-car crash north of Lynnwood.

The crash was reported just before 8 p.m. at the intersection of Shelby Road and 43rd Avenue W, near Lake Serene, said Leslie Hynes, spokeswoman for Snohomish County Fire District 1.

The man who was taken to Harborview appeared to be seriously injured, she said. A second man also was taken to a local hospital. More information wasn’t immediately available Friday night.
