GOLD BAR — A man in a small tractor suffered serious injuries when a tree fell on him Friday.
The man’s wife found him pinned by the tree in a Kubota tractor around 4 p.m., at a property with acreage on 217th Place SE, said Gold Bar Fire Chief Eric Andrews. She estimated he’d been trapped in the seat for an hour.
Fire crews drove up a long muddy road and used saws to cut the man free. An ambulance took him to a hospital an Everett.
