Man shot at apartment complex on Casino Road in Everett

He was transported to a hospital. Detectives were working Friday evening to identify a suspect.

EVERETT — A man was shot Friday afternoon at an apartment complex in the 900 block of West Casino Road, according to Everett Police.

After the shooting, the man reportedly got into his truck and drove to Glacier Lanes Restaurant and Lounge on Evergreen Way, 1½ miles away, Everett officer Aaron Snell said.

There, around 3:45 p.m., people called 911 reporting someone had suffered gunshot wounds. The man was transported to Providence Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives with the Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and were working to identify possible suspects Friday evening. As of press time, police had an apartment surrounded at the complex on Casino Road.
