EVERETT — Police on Tuesday evening were looking for a man who held up a bank that afternoon.
Officers were called about 12:40 p.m. to a Bank of America branch in the 5000 block of Evergreen Way, Everett police Lt. Jim Duffy said.
The man walked into the bank and demanded money. He indicated that he had a gun, but no weapon was seen, Duffy said.
The suspect is described as black, in his 20s, with a medium build. He was seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black bandana.
“He left on foot, but we believe there may have been a car parked nearby,” Duffy said.
