SNOHOMISH — Snohomish County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a man they believe may be connected to a crash that left a pedestrian with injuries.
About 6 p.m. Wednesday, a 22-year-old Snohomish man was hit by a truck near 205th Drive SE and Dubuque Road outside of Snohomish. He w
as helping his friend pull a car out of a ditch at the time of the crash, sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said.
The man was in the road and the truck driver was not speeding, Hover said. The man who was hit was taken to a local hospital and was later released because his injuries were not serious.
The truck driver stopped and talked to the man’s friends but drove away.
The truck is a teal 1998 Ford. Detectives know who the registered owner is and would like to speak with him.
The sheriff’s office tip line is 425-388-3845.
